Es sabido que las mesas en exposicion tienen muchos adeptos, mas allá de su atractivo llaman la atención aún a quien no estando en nuestro club , les atraen como fuente de inspiración para su hogar, por eso para mí son las reinas de una exposición.
Me basaré en las reglas del national garden clubs. Al que el garden club argentino está afiliado, y como base de una exposición.
El programa es el que especificará el tipo, (funcional o de exhibición) característica de acuerdo al título que esta tenga, como así también las medidas y formas de la mesa en donde se presentará.
Modos y tipos de mesas:
Estas pueden ser funcionales , es decir presentadas como cuando está puesta para un servicio real de comida, que funciona para comer como se exhibe, y pueden presentarse para dos o mas personas.
En estas mesas se debe incluir una unidad decorativa(diseño floral) que podrá ser acompañado por los accesorios de acuerdo a la oportunidad, y en donde platos vasos o copas y servilletas, son componentes imprescindibles.
Dentro de estas presentaciones está la cápsula funcional que es una exhibición de mesa funcional para una persona y cuya unidad decorativa tendrá el tamaño en relación a la mesa o en su defecto el programa indicará a que tamaño de mesa se refiere.
Exhibicional : es una forma de presentación que no tiene en cuenta la funcionalidad, y en la ubicación de los componentes deben tener un efecto creativo. (el efecto sería “ de vidriera”
El programa en este caso no puede indicar que componentes utilizar pero estos deben ser apropiados para un servicio de comida , título y ocasión.
Las mesas exhibición pueden ser:
A) tipo 1 con unidad/es decorativa/s
B) tipo 2 sin unidad/es decorativa/s pero en las que el material vegetal se coloca para obtener un buen ritmo.
C) se pueden utilizar plantas( ya que no son diseños y se pueden utilizar recipientes pero no deben ser el recipiente de un diseño completo.
