1)Se abrirá al público y a todas las socias a las 12hs en punto, no está permitido hacer reservas o compras antes de esa hora. El acatamiento de esta disposición ayudará a una venta equitativa y ordenada.
2)Las socias comprometidas en las diferentes tareas deberán cumplir sus turnos con puntualidad.
3)La encargada de cada grupo deberá completar las fichas de registro de lo aportado, ubicados en mesa de recepción.
CADA SOCIA DEBERÁ COLABORAR
- 5 PLANTAS, O CINCO GAJOS O 5 PLANTINES, SEMILLAS DE RECOLECCIÓN PROPIA O COMPRADA, BULBOS.
- TODO EL MATERIAL DEBERÁ TRAER SU NOMBRE CORRECTO, COLOR DE LA FLOR, UBICACIÓN IDEAL y nombre del grupo .
- Precio estimado.
d)Llegar con todo el material 30’ antes de las 12 hs para poder realizar el montaje. Las que no puedan por favor buscar una socia amiga y hacerlo llegar a tiempo
Recuerden que el un Plant Market sin la colaboración de TODAS, es un fracaso…….luego no critiquemos.
KIOSCO
El año pasado resultó insuficiente lo aportado, en general se pide por grupo: 6 dulces caseros, chutneys, lemon cheese, fudge, miel
Nueces, limones, paltas etc. Etc.
“White Elephant”
Revistas y libros, floreros, pinchaflores cintas, material seco, madera decorativa, accesorios de jardín nuevos o viejos, herramientas y todo lo que la imaginación de las socias pueda brindar.
TOMBOLA
Un premio interesante, preferiblemente relacionado con nuestro tema, envuelto en papel transparente para que pueda visualizarse.
La tómbola a sido uno de los recursos mayores , por favor que los premios sean realmente atractivos.
CAFETERIA
Los siguientes grupos deberán aportar cada uno
